The Forest Hills girls played with immense speed and were able to beat Mercy 2-1. Karlijn Gorter, an exchange student from the Netherlands, led Forest Hills by scoring 2 goals for the team.

The Forest Hills team has really stepped up team play and chemistry in the second half of the season.

“Everyone played with amazing intensity; you could tell that everyone was so happy to be playing a great game,” Olivia Booth said.

With only four games remaining in the regular season, the girls are 3-7 and are looking to close out the season with an even 7-7. The Forest Hills girls play next on Friday, October 4th and will take on Pioneer High school.
