Last night the FHC wrestling program took a trip up to Mona Shores to compete against a multitude of teams. The Varsity B team participated in a round robin tournament, wrestling against many different schools including Mona Shores and Forest Hills Northern.

Some stand-out performances came from first-year wrestler and junior Logan Wedder who pinned his opponent in less than a minute. Another great win was a quick pin from junior Ben Keaton against a Mona Shores opponent and both junior Gordon Schimeck and sophomore Brandon Weiskopf won their matches as well. Unfortunately, the round-robin style event did not include scoring for the varsity B team, but the Rangers definitely showed their skill sets against the opponents. Coming up, the wrestlers are headed to Portage Central High School for a dual meet on Friday, December 29 at 9:30 a.m. Make sure you go out there to support your Ranger wrestling team!
