Boys varsity golf takes second in the conference

Last Thursday the FHC boys golf team competed against multiple opponents in its conference championship match at Boulder Creek Golf Course.

The team came in second place overall with a total score of 312, only falling short to the Huskies of Forest Hills Northern. Senior Mike Battiste shot the lowest score of the team with a 76, followed by sophomore Isaiah Huempfner with a 77. Seniors Mason Kistler and Grant Bardelli shot 79 and 80, respectively.

The Rangers are pleased with their placement in the championship match and are looking forward to having a great match for Regionals tomorrow at Thornapple Pointe Golf Club
