Emma Beck is a junior and is entering her first year on staff. She is very excited to be a part of The Central Trend, and is hoping to continue being on staff throughout the rest of high school. Emma is excited to explore different writing styles and find one that suits her best. She has played volleyball since freshman year. She is also in her first year on FX.

Favorite thing about being on staff: Learning how to reach an audience in a truthful and effective way.

Favorite type of story: Columns/ Features 

It’s a Friday night, you will probably find Emma: With her friends, driving to Glen Arbor, or watching Netflix.
