Mikayla Bush

Mikayla Bush, Staff Writer

Mikayla is a junior striving for a career in writing and artistry. She takes inspiration from books, media, nature, and even music. There is nothing she can't spin into a high-riding fantasy story. She loves to hike and camp in the wilderness with her family. Second autumn is her favorite season and despises weather that she can't go out and run in. Photography and sketching is also one of her favorite pastimes, often spending hours in her room creating.

What type of books does she want to write? Fantasy, sci-fi, dystopia and anything that isn't accounting a normal persons life.

What is her favorite place to camp? A state park in the Upper Peninsula called McClain State Park, just off the shore of Lake Superior.

Any favorite foods? Pasta. Anything with noodles; that also includes anything with cheese.
