The Central Trend

Kiera Kemppainen
Kiera is a freshman at FHC and entering her first year writing for The Central Trend. When she’s not competing in a golf match or tournament in the summer/fall or freezing her way down the ski slopes in the winter, you can find Kiera hanging out with friends, driving a golf cart, or scrolling endlessly through Pinterest. She loves only one of her three dogs, Ranger, and both of her cats, Kocho (her brother named it) and Bella. Kiera is excited to be a part of The Central Trend and become a much better writer.

Slight obsessions: Pinterest, Burt’s Bees chapstick, macarons, debating whether to dye her hair, editing photos, and coffee.

Best movie of all time: 10 things I hate about you.

Favorite color: Green.

Number of sports she has tried in her life: Too many.
