Teleties’ new Valentine’s collection is a heartwarming addition to the holiday of love

I am absolutely—completely—obsessed with Teleties. I might even go as far as to say I have a problem. But, I don’t want to ever solve this problem or get over this obsession. Teleties are worth every dime I’ve spent and will continue to spend on them.

If you don’t know, Teleties is an online company that sells hair accessories. They are best known for their hair ties, but they also sell claw clips, scrunchies, and other hair things. I was first introduced to Teleties by senior Madi Evans when she got me a pack of their hair ties as a gift my sophomore year, and I used those hair ties every single day. I still own most of those. I have now expanded my collection to include more of their hair ties and some of their claw clips.

My most recent purchase from their site is from their Valentine’s collection because they do a collection for holidays and seasons. The collection included a variety of hair ties, scrunchies, two claw clips, and a new headband color. I got the two-toned pink claw clip that is sadly no longer available, the Love Story mix pack, and the Matte About You headband.

There are three (now two) claw clips in this collection the Classic Peony in classic claw and open claw clip styles, which is a pretty pale pink color. I was close to getting this claw clip but the two-toned one was in the open style–my preferred style of claw clip—and was a little more fun and Valentine-themed without being too Valentine-themed. The Sweet-Talker clip was super fun and on theme, but it was one that could really only be worn during the Valentine’s season as it is hot pink with XO-XO on it. While it is super cute, I went with a clip I could wear all year long.

Ever since I chopped off my hair, I have been looking for a cute but subtle headband that would suit my short hair, and Teleties delivered.

The hair ties were all amazing for this collection. There are the I Pink I Love You scrunchies, which I did not get only because I don’t use scrunchies ever and have not been willing to try Teleties ones yet. They look like they are made from cute pale pink satin and would be cute in your hair or on your wrist. There is also the Matte About You pack, which includes three large or small hair ties. They are all varying shades of pink, one having xo-xo all over, one just pink, and the last one having kisses all over it with “love” hanging off it on a tag. This pack is super cute and on theme, but I wanted to get a variety of sizes so I did not purchase this pack. Another pack of hair ties I did not buy was Love Potion which is sparkly shades of pink and red, and while they are super fun and stylish, I, again, wanted a variety of sizes. Another pack was the Mardi Party, well these are cute, I do not see why or how they are a part of the Valentine’s Day collection. There are two clear ones filled with confetti and one gold one, and they don’t seem to have any tie to the pink holiday of love. The pack I did buy was Love Story. It has five hair ties, two large and three small. I like using the large hair ties for messy buns or as bracelets, and the small ones are great for everything else. The Love Story Pack has two (one large and one small) hair ties that are white with pink and red hearts all over. There is one small pale pink one, a large red one with a heart tag, and one small white one with a red marble-looking pattern. This pack is great because it includes very on-theme hair ties and some more laid-back ones that can be worn year-round without looking out of place.

The last thing I got from this collection is the headband. Ever since I chopped off my hair, I have been looking for a cute but subtle headband that would suit my short hair, and Teleties delivered. I have a plain black one and now this adorable pale pink one (called Matte About You). I adore these headbands because they add volume to your hair and don’t stand out too much while also being incredibly comfortable. Most headbands end up getting too tight or hurting my ears, but I forget that I have these headbands on most of the time because I can’t feel them at all.

While this review is on the Valentine’s collection, there is another new product I would like to give an honorable mention to: the Flat Hair Clips. These claw clips are completely flat and the most comfortable clip I have ever used. They allow you to lay back or rest your head back which is usually far too uncomfortable to do when using normal claw clips. They come in three colors and three sizes: small, medium, and large, and Beige Almond, Coconut White, and Jet Black.

Teleties continues to wow me with their outstanding products. I know I will continue to shop from them for a long, long time, and I have even gotten my mom hooked on their products (which means I get to use more of their stuff). Their different collections and their normal year-round products always keep me coming back for more. I can not say enough good things about Teleties, but they truly amazed me with their Valentine’s collection.
